Eligibility/Qualification:

Job Description: The successful candidate will be an integral part of the research team working on eco-evolutionary responses to climate change in the scarlet monkeyflower, Mimulus cardinalis. Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating research across multiple institutions by overseeing field and greenhouse experiments.
- Training and managing personnel, as well as managing and analyzing research data.
- Contributing to the dissemination of research results through manuscript preparation and presentations.
- Engaging in outreach activities to communicate findings to the broader community.
- Traveling to California and Oregon for field experiments, collaborating with project partners.
- Analyzing existing datasets and developing additional research programs related to the project’s objectives.
- Mentoring undergraduate and graduate students in research activities.
This position offers the opportunity to work closely with Dr. Chris Muir at the University of Wisconsin and collaborate with research teams led by Drs. Lluvia Flores-Renteria and others.
