Postdoctoral Position at LAEC: We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Candidate to join our research team at the Laboratory for Alternative Energy Conversion (LAEC) located at Simon Fraser University’s Surrey Campus. The candidate should hold a Ph.D. obtained within the last five years and have a strong background in heat and mass transfer in cross-structured materials, surface phenomena modeling, energy transport phenomena in porous structures, and advanced materials. The role will involve collaborative work with industrial partners, including Ballard Power Systems, and focus on developing innovative analytical models and testing procedures for novel thermal management devices. The position is under the supervision of Professor Majd Bahrami and offers a starting salary range of $50,000 – $55,000 per year.

Job Description:
