Eligibility/Qualification | Ph.D. Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science obtained within the last 3 years. Experience in the synthesis and characterization of halide perovskites, hands-on experience with the fabrication of perovskite solar cells, and knowledge of halide perovskite applications for photocatalysis and/or photoelectrochemical processes are desirable. Excellent English language and communication skills are required. |
Job Description | The project focuses on the synthesis, characterization, and understanding of new perovskite structures in both powder and thin film forms for photocatalytic and photoelectrochemical applications. The postdoctoral fellow will be responsible for the design, synthesis, characterization, device fabrication, and photocatalytic screening of halide perovskites. The position is remunerated according to TVÖD (Bund) and is initially limited to two years, with the potential for further extension. |
