Job Description:
The successful candidate will join Dr. Mirjana Efremova’s group and contribute to the CRUK funded project, focusing on cell plasticity in metastasis in colorectal cancer. The research involves using single-cell multiomics and spatial transcriptomics data from patient samples and patient-derived organoids. Computational methods development is also part of the research.
