Job Description:
The postdoctoral scientist will work on developing high-throughput workflows for immunopeptidomics experiments. This includes sample preparation, LC-MS acquisition, and data analysis. The goal is to analyze hundreds of samples per week for diverse cancer types. The scientist will contribute to collaboration projects, from study design to data analysis, and potentially operate LC-MS instruments and sample preparation robots.
