Eligibility/Qualification–

Applicants must satisfy the eligibility conditions prescribed under the UGC Regulations, 2018 for appointment of Assistant Professors.

Key requirements include:

• Master’s degree in the relevant discipline with the required percentage as per UGC norms.
• NET/SLET/SET qualification wherever applicable.
• Candidates holding a Ph.D. degree are eligible as per UGC Regulations.
• Reservation and age relaxation will be applicable according to Uttar Pradesh Government rules.
• Government/Semi-Government/PSU employees should apply through proper channel or produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of interview.

• Pay Scale: ₹57,700 – ₹1,82,400 (UGC Pay Matrix Level-10)

• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students.
• Participate in curriculum development and academic activities.
• Conduct research and publish scholarly work.
• Guide students in academic and research projects.
• Perform administrative and institutional responsibilities assigned by the University.

Selection Process

The recruitment will be conducted in two phases:

Phase I

• Assessment of Basic Academic Score & API Score
• Written Test (Objective Type – Subject Knowledge)

Phase II

• Teaching Skills Assessment
• Computer Proficiency & PowerPoint Presentation
• Personal Interview

Final selection will be based on Phase II performance, subject to qualifying requirements specified by the University.
