National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology, India invites application for Associate/Assistant Faculty Positions from eligible and interested candidates

NIELIT will create a panel in order of merit. IT resource persons (Associate Faculty (Electronics/IT/ Multimedia), Assistant Faculty (Electronics/IT/ Multimedia), Lab Assistant and Hardware Assistant B) will be selected for appointment on contract from the
panel as and when required. However, the panel will be valid for one year. The selected resource person from the panel will be appointed initially for 6 months which may be further extended based on performance of the candidate

Eligibility/Qualification/Job/Position Description- 

Empanelment for position of Associate Faculty (IT, Electronics) and Assistant Faculty (IT, Electronics) purely on Contract Basis

1. NIELIT will create a panel of faculty in order of merit. Faculty will be selected for appointment on contract from the panel as and when required. However, the panel will be valid for one year. The selected faculty from the panel will be appointed initially for 6 months which may be further extended based on performance of the candidate.
2. Applicants are required to go through the Eligibility criteria carefully and ascertain themselves regarding their eligibility before registering.
3. On day of Interview, scrutiny of the eligibility documents may be done. After successful verification of the documents, candidates may appear for the written test and/or interview.
4. Empanelment does not provide any right to candidate to claim for job. Candidates may be called as per requirement of NIELIT Delhi Centre.
5. No TA/DA will be provided to candidates for appearing for the interview.
6. The qualification of the candidates must be from recognized University/Institution.
7. Applicants with last semester result awaited or incomplete degrees are not eligible to apply.
8. Applicants must bring ALL original Marksheets/degrees/testimonials/post qualification experience certificates (including the Experience letter of the current place of working), Valid photo ID and their self-ATTESTED photocopies on the day of the interview for verification purpose, otherwise they will not be allowed to appear in the interview. Cut-off date for calculating experience will be 31^st Jan 2023.
9. Name of the Applicant in application form must be same as mentioned in the certificate of class X. In case the candidate has changed his name subsequent to X, the evidence to that effect should be furnished at the time of interview.
10. Canvassing/trying to influence NIELIT employees to secure the job in any manner shall disqualify the candidate.
11. NIELIT Delhi Centre has the right to accept or reject the application without assigning any reason thereof.

Candidates are requested to ensure their presence as per above schedule and must bring along following documents (original and one self-attested copy) :-

1. CV (Bio-Data) having details of qualifications (with percentage), skill, experience, job profile etc.
2. All documents related to qualification and experience certificate.
3. One latest color passport size photograph. IV.       Valid Govt. issued photo ID i.e Aadhar card, PAN card, Passport, Voter ID etc.
