Call for a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Cancer Dormancy & Immunity Lab
Designation: Postdoctoral Fellow

Location: Champalimaud Centre for the Unknown, Lisbon, Portugal
Eligibility/Qualification:
- PhD in Immunology or Cancer Biology or related scientific areas.
- Strong experimental laboratory experience in cell culture, molecular biology, and biochemistry.
- Proficiency in multicolor immune phenotyping by flow-cytometry.
- Demonstrated research skills with at least one first-author publication from graduate school.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, collaborate effectively, and communicate proficiently in English.
Job Description:
- Spearhead a research project on breast cancer dormancy and tissue immunity within the Cancer Dormancy & Immunity Lab.
- Utilize single-cell and spatial profiling technologies in mouse and human tissues to investigate immune environments’ impact on metastatic progression.
- Conduct experimental work including tumor immunology models and computational analysis.
- Collaborate with peers, students, and external collaborators.
- Analyze results, draw conclusions, and contribute to scientific publications.
