Job Description
As a Doctoral Researcher, your primary task is to carry out your research and complete a doctoral degree within four years. Your responsibilities include:
- Designing and performing multimodal imaging experiments using preclinical animal models.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams within the consortium.
- Analyzing data and creating high-quality scientific publications.
- Engaging in scientific communication and project reporting.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Education: Must hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., biomedicine, pharmacy, biology, physics, or engineering). Students in the final stages of their degree may apply.
- Academic Status: Must not already possess a doctoral degree and must be eligible/accepted into the Faculty’s Doctoral Programme.
- Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Willingness: Must be comfortable working with preclinical animal models (training/accreditation will be provided).
- Preferred Assets: Experience or interest in programming (Python, MATLAB), MRI/MRS, PET, or previous work in cancer biology/animal models.
