Job Description

The Doctoral Researcher will:

  • Analyze genome-wide RNA-seq data and single-cell data
  • Work with novel synthetic reporter genes
  • Use data and models to dissect bacterial responses to antibiotics
  • Collaborate in an interdisciplinary and international research environment
