Eligibility/Qualification–
- Educational Qualification:Â A Ph.D. in a relevant discipline with a First Class or equivalent at the preceding degree. A strong academic record throughout is mandatory.
- Experience (Varies by Designation):
- Assistant Professor:Â Requires demonstrated research capabilities, post-doctoral experience (as applicable per department norms), and a strong publication record. Age limits may apply as per institute guidelines.
- Associate Professor & Professor:Â Requires significant years of post-Ph.D. teaching/research/industrial experience. Candidates must demonstrate an established track record of independent research, successful PhD student supervision, and high-impact publications.
- Additional Criteria:Â Meeting the specific shortlisting criteria of the respective academic units, including teaching benchmarks and publication requirements.
