Eligibility/Qualification:
- Doctorate awarded at the time of application, normally within the last seven years.
- No permanent position at a university or previous Fellowship at IASH.
- Temporary and/or short-term appointments are eligible.
- Applicants on parental leave or other time away from academia are eligible.
Job Description:
The GENDER.ED Postdoctoral Fellowship offers:
- Research visit at the University of Edinburgh for three to ten months.
- Bursary of up to a maximum of £15,000.
- Dedicated office space, University e-mail, and library access.
- An allocated University mentor from GENDER.ED or a relevant area.
- Weekly Fellows’ Lunch to build community.
- Collegial work-in-progress seminar series.
- Opportunities to participate in and design funded workshops, colloquia, etc.
- Visa sponsorship if required.
