Eligibility: Applicants should hold an appropriate M.S. degree in Agricultural and Biological Engineering, Precision Water Management, Soil and Water Science, Agronomy, Remote Sensing, Hydrology, or any related field with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. English writing and communication skills are essential, and for non-English credentials, a TOEFL score of 79 iBT or IELTS score of 6.5 or higher is required.
