Eligibility/Qualification–
Essential Qualification:
- B.E. / B.Tech. / B.S. and M.E. / M.Tech. / M.S. or Integrated M.Tech. in Electrical Engineering or relevant branch with First Class or equivalent in any one of the degrees.
Desirable Qualification:
- Ph.D. in the relevant field of specialization.
Note: Candidates must meet the academic score requirements as per UGC Regulations, 2018 (Appendix II, Table 3A). The shortlisting will be based on these scores, but the final selection will depend solely on performance in the interview.

Job/Position Description-
Tezpur University invites applications for the position of Guest Faculty in the Department of Electrical Engineering for the Autumn Semester 2025. The selected faculty will be responsible for delivering in-person lectures and may also be considered for future semesters depending on departmental needs.
- Deliver in-person lectures to undergraduate/postgraduate students in Electrical Engineering.
- Perform academic responsibilities as assigned by the department.
- Contribute to academic planning and student mentoring.
- Participation in university/departmental meetings and curriculum development may be encouraged.
