This fixed-term fellowship, beginning on 1 September 2024 and ending on 31 August 2027, offers an exceptional opportunity for early career academics to develop their teaching and research skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Eligibility/Qualification:
- PhD in Urban and Regional Economics or related field, or near completion by the start date.
- Early career stage with typically less than three years of post-PhD experience, excluding career breaks.
- Teaching strengths in urban and regional economics, particularly with experience in quantitative methods such as econometric, machine learning, geocomputational, or advanced survey methods.
Job Description:
The Academic Career Development Fellow will:
- Conduct independent research within the Department of Land Economy.
- Teach undergraduate and/or Masters students in both Faculty and College settings.
- Act as a College Director of Studies for Land Economy students.
- Be mentored by Faculty members in teaching, research, publication, grant applications, and academic administration.
- Publish research and contribute to the academic community.
- Participate in the administrative duties of the Department and Queens’ College.
- Develop an independent research profile and contribute to teaching excellence.
