About- FITT is an industrial interface organization, established at the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT Delhi) as a Registered Society on 9th July 1992. The mission of FITT is to be an effective Interface with the Industry to foster, promote and sustain commercialization of science and technology in the Institute for mutual benefits. For over twenty-five years now, FITT has been in a mission mode for effecting the interface between the Institute and the industry and has been devising innovative ways to create partnerships and linkages with business and community to enable knowledge transfer for common good. Research/Job Area- Water Quality/Water & Environment/Computer Science Engineering
Eligibility-
Junior Research Fellow (JRF) – Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science with NET qualification or Graduate Degree in Professional Course with NET qualification or Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course
Senior Research Fellow (SRF) – Qualification prescribed for JRF with two years of research experience
Research Associate (RA) – Ph.D/MD/MS/MDS or equivalent degree or having 3 years of research, teaching, and design and development experierience after MVSc/M.Pharm/ME/M.Tech. with at least one research paper in Science Citation (SCI) Journal.
(Sr.) Project Engineer – M. Tech. 1st class or equivalent in the appropriate discipline OR B.Tech./ M.Sc. 1st Class or equivalent with 3 years experience.

Job/Position Description-
Tenure – 4 years, reviewable and renewable on annual basis (performance based)
Compensation (INR per month)
i. Junior Research Fellow (JRF) : 31000 + HRA
ii. Senior Research Fellow (SRF) : 35000 + HRA
iii. Research associate (RA) : 47000 – 54000 + HRA
iv. (Sr.) Project Engineer : 45000
JRF/SRF/RA – Water Quality/Water & Environment
Sr. Project Engineer – Computer Science Engineering/Programmer in the project “GCRF Water Security and Sustainable Development Hub” in the Dept. of Civil Engineering.
