Eligibility/Qualification: Applicants must meet one of the following conditions (AB categories):

• Category A: Less than 6 years since obtaining Ph.D. or expecting Ph.D. within 2 years
• Category B: Nationals of ASEAN member countries or non-nationals engaged in ASEAN research

Job Description: Selected fellows will engage in full-time research activities under the guidance of host researchers at eligible institutions in Japan. The fellowship supports a continuous stay in Japan for the fellowship duration, spanning 1 to 12 months, depending on mutual agreement.

How to Apply: Applications must be submitted through the ASEAN University Network (AUN) web portal. Candidates are required to secure acceptance from a prospective host researcher in Japan and submit necessary documents including a letter of recommendation and academic transcripts.
