Eligibility/Qualification:
- PhD-holders with less than 8 years’ research experience
- Must not have resided in Ireland for more than 12 months during the last 3 years
- Research expertise aligned with Insight’s research areas: Data Science, Sensing and Actuation, Scaling Algorithms, Model Building, Multi Modal Analysis, Data Engineering and Governance, Decision Making, and Trustworthy AI
Job Description: As a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellow, you will:
- Develop and conduct your own original research project within the scope of Insight’s research areas
- Collaborate with over 450 researchers across Insight’s host institutions and partner sites
- Receive support from Insight throughout the application process, including proposal development and review
- Collaborate with a supervisor to develop a competitive MSCA-PF proposal that meets European Commission standards
- Conduct research under the guidance of your supervisor and contribute to Insight’s research ecosystem

- EoI review by Insight: Immediately after submission
- Feedback on internal selection process: 7 working days after discussion with potential supervisor

- Submission of final draft to Insight: 28th August 2024
- Call deadline (submission via EC Funding & Tender Opportunities system): 11th September 2024
- Publication of MSCA-PF results: February 2025
- Estimated project start (if funded): From April 2025

- Fully funded project by the European Commission through the MSCA-PF scheme
