Position: AI-for-X Postdoctoral Fellow
Research Area
Artificial Intelligence for interdisciplinary “AI-for-X” research, based on the research proposal developed with an NTU Project Mentor.

Eligibility and Qualifications
- Applicants must hold a PhD degree and provide an official transcript or degree certificate in English.
- A letter of support from an NTU Project Mentor is required.
- Applicants must provide the contact details of two referees, including their PhD supervisor.
- Referees must agree to provide reports when contacted by the University.
- Only complete applications submitted within the application period will be considered.
Job Description
The selected fellow will undertake postdoctoral research in an AI-for-X area at NTU. Applicants must present a focused research proposal of no more than two pages and secure the support of an NTU Project Mentor.
Documents Required
- Cover letter.
- Comprehensive CV with Scopus Author ID and full publication list, including citation and impact-factor information.
- Official PhD transcript or degree certificate in English.
- Research proposal of no more than two pages using the prescribed research proposal template.
- Letter of support from the NTU Project Mentor. The mentor letter and research proposal must be combined and uploaded as a single file.
- Contact information for two referees, one of whom must be the applicant’s PhD supervisor.
- PDF copies of the applicant’s top three publications.
- Any additional supporting documents as scanned copies.
How to Apply
Submit the application through the official NTU online application portal and upload all supporting documents. Applicants should prepare the required files before starting the application.
Do not mail paper copies of the application or transcripts to the University. Referees will be contacted by NTU after the application is submitted. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
