  • Master’s degree with related research experience
  • Demonstrated qualifications through high-quality technical reports or publications in relevant venues (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, AISTATS, UAI, AAAI, CoLT, JMLR, TMLR)
  • Strong applied or industrial experience in areas such as deep learning will also be considered

The Weierstrass Institute for Applied Analysis and Stochastics (WIAS) offers a vibrant research environment and opportunities for collaboration with top institutions. Free German language courses are available, although working knowledge of German is not required.
