- Bachelor’s to Ph.D. Direct Admission:
- BSc in Physics with a minimum CGPA of 3.5 out of 4.0 (or equivalent).
- GRE quantitative score of at least 150.
- Master’s to Ph.D. Admission:
- MSc in Physics (or a related discipline) with a minimum CGPA of 3.25 out of 4.0 (or equivalent).
- BSc in Physics with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 (or equivalent).
- English Proficiency:
- iBT TOEFL score of 91, IELTS score of 6.5, or EmSAT English score of 1550.
- Additional Requirements:
