Eligibility/Qualification
Biology
- Master’s degree in Biology or related fields
- Active knowledge of English (intermediate level or higher)
- Submission of a motivation letter and structured CV with an overview of publishing and professional activities
- Successful completion of an entrance exam (minimum 51 points required)
Environmental Geography
- Master’s degree in Physical Geography or related fields
- Ability to study foreign-language literature, attend lectures, and discuss professional topics in English
- Submission of a motivation letter and an overview of publishing or conference activities (if required)
- Successful completion of an entrance exam (minimum 51 points required)
Job Description
- Conduct independent research in the respective PhD program
- Participate in academic activities, including seminars, conferences, and possible teaching assignments
- Develop and defend a dissertation on a selected topic in consultation with a supervisor
- Engage in scientific publications and collaborations
