Job Description

You will develop multi-physics models of high-power medium frequency transformers to improve efficiency and power density for solid-state transformers. The role includes:

  • Analyzing high-frequency losses and cooling distributions.
  • Optimizing core and winding geometry.
  • Designing and building MFT prototypes for testing under realistic conditions.
  • Collaborating with fellow PhD candidates on wider modeling frameworks.
