Research Area

Job Description

As a PhD researcher in the OA-CONNECT project, you will:

  • Process real-world biomechanical data from wearables and video analysis.
  • Develop and implement musculoskeletal and cartilage loading models.
  • Create and evaluate AI models (e.g., deep learning) for deriving patient-specific parameters.
  • Validate model predictions through prospective clinical studies.
  • Contribute to open and reproducible research practices.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, clinicians, and data scientists.
