๐ Designation: PhD Candidate
๐ฌ Research Area: Nutrition Physiology & Metabolic Adaptation
๐ Location: PNCA UMR 914 โ AgroParisTech / INRAE, Agro Paris-Saclay Campus (Palaiseau, France)
๐ Summary
A PhD position is available at the Physiology of Nutrition and Eating Behavior (PNCA โ UMR 914) research unit at AgroParisTech / INRAE. The project aims to explore how long-term exposure to vegetarian diets influences physiological adaptations across generations using Drosophila as a model organism. This research will contribute to understanding the potential health benefits of plant-based diets and their transgenerational effects on cardiometabolic health.
