Eligibility/Qualification

  • Education: A Master’s degree with a strong academic background in physics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.

Job Description

As a PhD candidate, you will investigate the link between functional connectivity derived from microscopic neuronal spike activity and mesoscopic cortical dynamics, such as oscillations. Your tasks will include:

  • Analyzing state-of-the-art multi-scale electrophysiological data.
  • Constructing stochastic and deterministic simulations of activity data.
  • Developing causal discovery methods for complex time-series data.
  • Collaborating on scientific software development and data management.
  • Engaging actively in the HDS-LEE graduate program.
