Eligibility/Qualification

  • A Master’s degree in Mathematics or on track to obtain one by the project start date.
  • Coursework in Analysis, Calculus of Variations, Functional Analysis, and Measure Theory.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude.

Job Description

The successful candidate will:

  • Engage in cutting-edge research focusing on the mechanisms regulating pattern formation in complex systems.
  • Receive training in advanced mathematical techniques.
  • Contribute to departmental activities and collaborate with researchers nationwide and internationally.
  • Serve as a teaching assistant for Bachelor’s and Master’s degree courses, amounting to approximately 10% of the usual teaching load during the first three years.
