Eligibility/Qualification

Educational BackgroundMaster’s degree in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
SkillsExperience in programming (Python, R, MATLAB), excellent communication skills in English
Desirable ExperienceStatistical/mechanistic modeling or machine learning, familiarity with biological data analysis
Motivational InterestStrong interest in applying quantitative methods to biomedical questions, motivation to work in an international research environment

Job Description

The successful candidate will:

  • Analyze and integrate longitudinal multi-omics data from pediatric cohorts.
  • Develop and parameterize mechanistic mathematical models.
  • Apply statistical modeling, causal inference, and machine learning approaches.
  • Collaborate with experimental and clinical research partners.
  • Support and prepare scientific reports and articles.
