Eligibility/Qualification

- Proficiency in organic synthesis and photophysical characterization techniques
- High affinity for collaborative work

Job Description
The successful candidate will:
- Develop chemistry suitable for fluorescent imaging of highly dynamic materials
- Work with spectroscopy and microscopy experts
- Participate in a collaborative research environment
- Enroll in the TU Delft Graduate School, which offers a Doctoral Education Programme aimed at developing transferable, discipline-related, and research skills
Employment Conditions:
- 4-year period of employment in principle, consisting of 2 employment contracts:
- Initial 1.5-year contract with an official go/no go progress assessment within 15 months
- An additional contract for the remaining 2.5 years, assuming satisfactory performance
- Salary ranges from €2,770 per month in the first year to €3,539 in the fourth year
- Customizable compensation package, health insurance discounts, and a monthly work costs contribution
- Flexible work schedules can be arranged
