Position Summary

• Designation: University Assistant (PhD position)
• Administrative Unit: Intelligent Transport Systems Unit
• Duration: 4 years, starting from February 15, 2027
• Employment Details: 20 hours/week, increasing to 30 hours/week upon signing the dissertation agreement.

• Academic Background: A completed relevant master’s, magister’s, or diploma degree in the field of mobility and transport planning.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in German (spoken and written) at a C1 level is expected.
• Soft Skills: Strong teamwork abilities, communication skills, and the capacity for independent research.

Job Description

As a first-stage researcher within the Department of Infrastructure, you will conduct research in the field of transport planning. Your primary responsibility is to work on your dissertation.
