Eligibility/Qualification:
- Master’s degree or equivalent in anthropology, palaeontology, biology, or a related field
- Strong interest in human evolution and a passion for publishing
- Background in virtual techniques, human anatomy, or biomechanics is desirable
Job Description:
The project aims to analyze Homo erectus skeletons using advanced virtual imaging techniques and modern reference samples to explore evolutionary changes in body proportions and growth trajectories, skeletal development, pathology, and biomechanical adaptations in response to bipedalism. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to collect data abroad, present findings at international conferences, collaborate in other projects of the group, assist in teaching, and mentor students.
