Research Area

  • Investigation of physical and chemical processes of single molecules.

Eligibility/Qualification

  • Completed master’s degree in Chemistry, Physics, or related subjects.
  • Desired experience in surface science, scanning probe microscopy, ultra-high-vacuum, or low-temperature techniques.
  • Excellent command of German and English.
  • Strong teamwork and organizational skills are essential.

Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting research on physical and chemical processes at the molecular level.
  • Writing a dissertation at the University of Graz.
  • Independently teaching courses and participating in examinations and organizational tasks.
  • Supervising students and engaging in evaluation measures.
