Eligibility/Qualification:
- A B.S. and M.S. in Entomology, Wildlife Sciences, Biology, Ecology, or related field with a GPA ≥ 3.0.
- Skills: Positive attitude, inclusivity, organizational skills, attention to detail, strong work ethic, communication skills, and ability to work independently and in a team.
- Preferred: Experience with pollinator survey methods and quantitative methods.

Job Description:
The PhD student will conduct fieldwork, statistical analyses, and data interpretation to investigate pollinator diversity in crop rotations. Responsibilities include developing research questions, conducting pollinator surveys, identifying plant species, and leading a literature review. Fieldwork will be conducted in Iowa (May-August, 2025-2027). Academic requirements include coursework and dissertation writing.
