Research Area

Eligibility/Qualification

  • Required Degree:
  • MSc in Organic Chemistry (PhD1) or
  • MSc in Organic/Polymer Chemistry (PhD2).
  • Profile:
  • Motivated and committed researchers.
  • Willingness to engage in interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Professional command of English.
  • Preferred Experience:
  • Chemical synthesis, catalysis, and analysis techniques (NMR, GC/LC-MS, DSC, GPC).

Description

The PhD positions involve:

  • Conducting independent research leading to patents and publications.
  • Contributing to national and international research networks.
  • Teaching practical courses in English as part of the bachelor and master programs.
  • Supervising Bachelor and Master theses.

PhD1 Responsibilities:

  • Focus on developing novel bio-based monomers and studying polyester depolymerization.

PhD2 Responsibilities:

  • Focus on polyester synthesis and application assessment, along with biodegradability studies.
