Description
The PhD candidate will contribute to a consortium project aiming to develop and scale innovative mycelial steaks. The role includes:
- Guiding the production through bioreactor modeling stages.
- Conducting process specification and analysis to identify potential bottlenecks.
- Optimizing processes based on lab and pilot scale data through detailed modeling techniques.
- Collaborating closely with multiple project partners.
