Research Area

The research will focus on:

  • Heterologous production of metalloproteins in bacterial host organisms.
  • Purification and scaling up the efficiency of metalloprotein production.
  • Protein design via site-directed mutagenesis.
  • Advanced protein analysis techniques.

Eligibility/Qualification

  • Completed university degree (Master’s degree, university diploma, or equivalent) in biochemistry, biology, life sciences, or a related field.
  • Good communication skills in English (written and oral).
  • Basic knowledge in molecular biology, analytics (MS, GC, HPLC), and protein biochemistry (purification, activity assays).
  • Strong social and communication skills for effective teamwork.
