Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Optimizing select food-grade microorganisms using both natural and genetic engineering approaches.
  • Conducting experiments involving classical mutagenesis/screening and adaptive evolution.
  • Utilizing bioreactors for fermentation processes.

The candidate will be assessed based on previous performance and an interview with Associate Professor Christian Solem.
