Educational BackgroundUniversity degree at advanced level or 240 credit points, 60 at second-cycle level in molecular biology
Specific Course RequirementsAt least 90 credits in molecular biology, including courses in chemistry, cell and molecular biology, genetics, and microbiology; 30 credits at advanced level including an independent project of at least 15 credits
Language ProficiencyProficient in oral and written English
Laboratory ExperiencePractical experience in molecular biology, cell biology, microbiology, and/or infection biology preferred; beneficial experience in molecular cloning, human cell culture, intracellular infections, and fluorescence microscopy
Personal SkillsStrong motivation, team collaboration, effective communication skills

Job Description

  • Participate in research exploring the stability of bacterial inclusions during Chlamydia trachomatis infections.
  • Employ cell biological, genetic, proteomic, lipidomic, and microscopic techniques.
  • Engage in a collaborative research environment with access to a network of scientific expertise.
  • Pursue your own education towards earning a doctoral degree.
