Research Area:

Location:

Eligibility/Qualification:

  • Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related areas.
  • Experience in solid-phase peptide synthesis and peptide characterization.
  • Proficiency in biophysical investigation of peptide-protein interactions.
  • Familiarity with automated flow chemistry.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and German.
  • Creative and curious in acquiring new techniques.

Description:

The PhD student will work in an interdisciplinary and international environment, developing a research project with increasing scientific independence. Responsibilities include the design and synthesis of peptidomimetics and their investigation using various biophysical methods. The position ensures personal supervision, structured training, feedback, and opportunities for collaboration with international partners.
