- Master’s degree in Physics, Engineering, Materials Science, Nanotechnology, or a related field.
- Background in condensed matter physics, electronics, nanotechnology, and optoelectronics.

📝 Job Description:
The selected PhD student will:
- Investigate the optoelectronic properties of 2D materials and their heterostructures.
- Synthesize 2D materials using mechanical exfoliation and CVD techniques.
- Perform material characterization using microscopy, Raman, and photoluminescence spectroscopy.
- Utilize nanofabrication tools like lithography, etching, and contact evaporation.
- Integrate materials into innovative device architectures (flexible and rigid substrates).
- Conduct advanced optoelectronic measurements and analyze device performance.
- Participate in a 6-month research stay at a leading international institution.
