✅ Eligibility / Qualification:

  • Master’s degree in Physics, Engineering, Materials Science, Nanotechnology, or a related field.
  • Background in condensed matter physics, electronics, nanotechnology, and optoelectronics.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for interdisciplinary research.

📝 Job Description:
The selected PhD student will:

  • Investigate the optoelectronic properties of 2D materials and their heterostructures.
  • Synthesize 2D materials using mechanical exfoliation and CVD techniques.
  • Perform material characterization using microscopy, Raman, and photoluminescence spectroscopy.
  • Utilize nanofabrication tools like lithography, etching, and contact evaporation.
  • Integrate materials into innovative device architectures (flexible and rigid substrates).
  • Conduct advanced optoelectronic measurements and analyze device performance.
  • Participate in a 6-month research stay at a leading international institution.
