Research/Job Area- Any biological sciences
Location- National Centre for Biological Sciences (NCBS), Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Bangalore
Eligibility/Qualification–
Essential Qualification: Masters in any biological sciences any discipline /M.E/M.Tech/Equivalent with aggregate of 50% marks from a recognized university/institute in relevant subject/discipline.
OR
Ph.D from a recognized university/institute in relevant subject/discipline.
Minimum Five (5) years post-doctoral experience in Microscopy or Flow Cytometry
Desirable Qualification & Experience:
1. Hands-on experience in working with modern microscopy and/or flow cytometry systems.
2. Experience in managing microscopes/flow cytometers and associated equipment.
3. Track record in developing and implementing new methods of imaging and/or flow cytometry for Life Science applications.
4. Experience in the use of digital technologies and tools for the acquisition, storage and analysis of data from microscopes or/and flow cytometers.
5. Track record and interest in training researchers in the use of microscopy and/or flow cytometry for biological research.
6. Administerial experience in running a research facility including maintenance and repair of the equipment.

Central Imaging and Flow Cytometry Facility is looking for Senior Project Manager.
Position: Senior Project Manager (CIFF)
The appointment will be a fixed-term position initially for one (1) year and renewable annually subject to the outcome of a performance assessment. The position comes with consolidated pay based on qualification and experience, subject to institutional guidelines.
Consolidated salary: Salary will commensurate with experience and qualification.
