Eligibility/Qualification
- Required Degree: M.Sc. in materials science, chemistry, chemical engineering, or electrochemistry
- Preferred Experience:
- Synthesis and processing of inorganic or carbon-based electrode materials
- Electrode formulation, coating, and coin-cell assembly
- Electrochemical testing (galvanostatic cycling, rate capability, impedance spectroscopy)
- Familiarity with characterization techniques (XRD, SEM/EDS, XPS, etc.)
- Language Skills: Proficient in English; Danish skills desirable but not mandatory
Job Description
The candidate will:
- Plan and execute experiments on calcium-ion battery materials
- Conduct systematic electrochemical characterization (cycling stability, rate capability, coulombic efficiency)
- Analyze structural and surface-sensitive characteristics
- Collaborate with an international research team, contribute to teaching, and assist in supervision of student projects
