Eligibility/Qualification

  • Master’s degree (MSc or equivalent) in chemistry, physics, biochemistry, or biophysics.
  • Background in structure elucidation by NMR and preparation of biologically relevant samples.
  • Strong motivation, persistence, results-oriented mindset, and teamwork abilities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Must meet the mobility and eligibility rules of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions.

Job Description

The selected candidate will:

  • Conduct research on the IAPP-lipid complexes and characterize them through NMR.
  • Investigate IAPP fibril formation kinetics and membrane integrity.
  • Participate in training and network activities within the LipAgg project.
  • Manage and carry out research tasks, write scientific articles, participate in congresses, and undertake external research stays.
  • Collaborate under the supervision of leading professors in the field.
