Eligibility/Qualification

  • Required:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or equivalent
    • Admission to a PhD program at the University of Valencia at the time of hiring
  • Preferred Merits:
    • Master’s degree in Sustainable Chemistry or equivalent
    • English proficiency (B1 level certificate or equivalent)
    • Experience in:
      • Synthesis of organic ligands
      • Preparation of photoactive materials
      • Characterization of photoactive materials

Job Description

The successful candidate will:

  • Join the (Photo)Chemistry Reactivity Group (PRG) led by Prof. Julia Perez Prieto.
  • Work on designing and characterizing nanohybrids and nanoheterostructures.
  • Conduct synthesis and photophysical analysis of organic-inorganic materials.
  • Use state-of-the-art optical spectroscopy techniques.
  • Collaborate within a dynamic and international research environment.
