Description
The BBSRC-funded doctoral programme trains students to combat existing and future disease threats, including:
- Emerging infections
- Vector-borne diseases
- Antimicrobial resistance
- Food insecurity
Students will engage in diverse research projects that include pathogen genomics, RNA biology during viral infection, and the development of diagnostic tests for alphavirus infections.
