Detailed Job Description
The Post-Doc will focus on designing new hardware-aware neuromorphic algorithms to optimize deep neural network inference and facilitate online adaptation on neuromorphic hardware. This position involves extensive collaboration with neuromorphic hardware and includes tasks such as developing sparse neuromorphic neural network algorithms, improving efficiency in inference of vision and language models, and exploring new methods for on-device learning.
The successful candidate will work on energy-efficient edge AI across various modalities, including event-based vision, biomedical signals, and language processing. Collaboration is encouraged within a supportive research community at Maastricht University.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: €4,537.00 – €6,209.00 gross per month (based on experience)
