Eligibility/Qualification
- Postdoctoral qualification (PhD) or a PhD candidate in a relevant field.
- Experience with 2D and 3D cell culture techniques, including maintenance, optimization, and high-throughput screening.
- Experience in wet lab single-cell technologies and high-dimensional computational analysis is highly advantageous.
Job Description
The successful candidate will build on recent discoveries related to stem cell dynamics in colorectal cancer, specifically examining how cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) influence drug responses. The Research Fellow will collaborate closely with Prof. Chris Tape and have access to core Translational Technology Platform specialists throughout the UCL Cancer Institute. The position is funded by the UK Medical Research Council until April 2029.
