🎓 Eligibility / Qualification:
- PhD in Biotechnology, Cancer Biology, Virology, or closely related discipline
- Proficiency in English
- Hands-on experience with:
- Molecular biology techniques (cloning, PCR, RNA/DNA extraction)
- Cell culture (cell lines, primary blood cells, transfection/transduction, flow cytometry)
- Biochemistry (immunoblotting, confocal microscopy)
- Experience in working with extracellular vesicles or viral vectors is a plus
- Supervisory experience with Master’s students
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and a collaborative attitude

The selected candidate will:
- Conduct and implement cutting-edge research on gene editing and extracellular vesicle-based therapies
- Generate and publish reproducible, high-quality data
- Supervise Master’s and PhD students
- Present research findings within the group and at national/international conferences
- Actively collaborate with both national and international research groups, including INGM’s viral unit
- Receive mentorship and guidance in applying for competitive international fellowships (Marie Curie, EMBO, AIRC)
