Post-DOC Position in Mycobacteriology: The University of Pavia, Italy, announces a Post-DOC position in the Laboratory of Mycobacteriology under the ERA4TB project, starting March 2024. The project focuses on accelerating the development of new treatment regimens for Tuberculosis (TB) in response to the global threat of drug-resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis strains.

Job Description: The successful candidate will conduct experimental research using microbiological and molecular biology approaches, focusing on the mechanism of action of new antitubercular compounds and evaluating drug combinations. The work will be carried out in a BSL3 laboratory in collaboration with the research team.
