Job Description:

The successful candidate will undertake the following responsibilities:

  • Adapt and develop improved experimental protocols for high-throughput metabolomics analysis.
  • Coordinate and perform large-scale metabolomics profiling in lung tumor specimens.
  • Apply and develop model-based and statistical approaches to analyze and interpret metabolomic data.
  • Integrate large-scale omics profiles to hypothesize patient-specific metabolic vulnerabilities and drug sensitivity.
  • Design and implement experimental validation of predictions based on metabolomic data.
  • Prepare scientific reports and journal articles.

Working Environment:
You will have access to state-of-the-art research equipment in metabolomics and cell biology, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of scientists and clinicians.
